Beautiful garnet color with brick hues. The nose is attractive and intense with seductive notes of mocha, butter, vanilla and toast. Excellently balanced taste – with fine, silky tannins, ripe forest fruit and a delicate herbal spiciness at the end of the taste. Very long and fresh finish.

Wine specs
Winemaker notes
The grapes used for the wine are harvested in late September from our own vineyards near the town of Shumen. The wine ferments with wild yeast in open, wide vessels of 1000 l, and matures on the lees. Then it ages for 24 months in old French barrels, before being bottled.
