Using high-quality grapes, they create this rosé from the Pinot Noir variety, grown at an altitude of about 250 m in the vineyards of the Tsarev Brod estate. It is there, naturally, that the terroir and climate favor the freshness, ripeness and acidity that the grapes need. The wine is created with slow fermentation using a natural method to preserve the expressive fruity aromas of the fruit.
